Find ambulance rates for one EMS provider
RemoteEMS rates0.50.5 hrs
About this task
What you'll do
Ambulance billing rates are public but scattered across city ordinances, county fee schedules, and provider PDFs. Help build a free national dataset by pinning down the rates for one provider.
- Search for the provider's official fee schedule — city site, county site, the provider's own site, or a state regulator. Not a news article or blog.
- Find the dollar amounts for as many of these as the source lists: BLS base, ALS base, per-mile, and treat-no-transport (TNT).
- Note the effective date of the rates.
- Screenshot the rate table from the source.
- Paste the direct URL into the form and submit.
What the public gets
Your entry joins a free CSV/JSON of US ambulance rates anyone can download — patients, journalists, and researchers checking whether a bill is in line with the published schedule.
