If you found a bug, something that didn't work the way you expected, or you have a question that the Help Center doesn't answer, we'd like to hear from you.
Before you reach out
A few common issues have quick fixes:
- Can't log in or forgot your password. See Forgot your password or locked out, it covers password reset and account unlocking.
- CF 888 isn't available yet. You need at least 1 certified hour in the current month. Hours are certified when a reviewer approves your submission.
- The submit button is greyed out. You need all required checklist items checked and at least one active-time session logged.
- The session timer won't start. Make sure the tab is active and that you've clicked Start session in the project hub.
If none of those apply to your situation, or the problem persists, send us a message.
How to reach us
The only way to contact colift is through the contact form at /contact. We don't offer phone support or live chat.
The form asks for your name (optional), your email address (required), and your message. After you submit, the page shows a confirmation that your message was received. colift will reply to the email you provided.
There's no ticket system or tracking number, we'll reply directly to your email.
What to include in a bug report
The more detail you give us, the faster we can reproduce and fix the problem. Where possible, include:
- What page you were on. For example: "the project hub for task X" or "the submission screen."
- What you were trying to do. For example: "I was trying to submit my photos."
- What you expected to happen. For example: "I expected to see the confirmation screen."
- What actually happened. For example: "the page went blank" or "an error message appeared."
- The exact text of any error message you saw. A screenshot is welcome too.
- Your device and browser. For example: iPhone with Safari, or Windows laptop with Chrome. This isn't required, but it helps a lot.
If your question is about SNAP rules, your specific CalFresh case, or you need legal advice, colift can't help with that, we're not a law firm. For questions about your SNAP case, contact your county office or a SNAP legal-aid attorney.
