Changing your account details

Your account settings are at /settings. Changes in each section save independently, each section has its own save button.

Account

This section holds your email address, phone number, city, and state. Edit any field and click Save account to apply the changes.

How you use colift (intent)

This dropdown has three options:

Certify SNAP hours: enables the SNAP profile step and CF 888 generation.
Volunteer only: you participate without SNAP certification.
Other: for uses that don't fit the above categories.

If you change your intent to Certify SNAP hours, a SNAP profile step will appear so colift can prepare your work-hours certification. Click Save intent to save.

SNAP profile

This section is only visible if your intent is set to Certify SNAP hours. From settings, a link takes you to /profile, where you can enter or update:

Legal name (first and last)
SNAP case number
Date of birth
Full address (street, apartment, city, state, ZIP)

This information appears on your CF 888 exactly as entered. Review it carefully before downloading your certification.

Email notifications

Two toggles control when colift sends you email:

When a submission is reviewed: you receive an email when your work is approved, rejected, or needs changes.
When your hours certification is ready: you receive an email when this month's certified hours are available to download.

Click Save preferences to save your changes.

Your data

The Export my data button downloads a JSON file containing your account, submissions, and certified-hours history.

Password

There is no password-change option directly in settings. To change your password, use the forgot-password flow at /forgot-password: see Forgot your password or locked out for step-by-step instructions.

Danger zone

At the bottom of settings you'll find two irreversible actions:

Sign out: ends your current session. Your data is preserved and you can sign back in at any time.
Delete account: permanently removes your personal information: legal name, case number, address, date of birth, and phone number. Your submission history is retained in anonymized form. This cannot be undone. To confirm, you must type DELETE in the confirmation field.
